Justin was extremely helpful in showing me and my wife the laptops and accessories. We learned a lot from listening to Justin explaining about the features and speeds of various devices. We will highly recommend Razer products in the future to our family and friends.

Incredible crew at this location. They were all wonderful with the kids who came in from some of the central FL YMCA's on 3/29/25. We came from the Titusville location. Every crew member there was kind, respective, upbeat and very interactive with everyone who came in (not just our kids who were gaming). They were knowledgeable and egar to help, taking time to fully explain any item we asked about and provide recommendations. I don't know who is running the show but its a good one !! Great job RazerStore Orlando and Thank-you for allowing us to play!!

To start off, this place was very friendly. I came looking around for possible new mouses and got a cool gaming experience as well. One of the employees named Josh was very upbeat, happy to help and eager to just watch us have fun. I had fun playing this mini gaming “tournament” and it was worth the stop. Please check the stop out if you have the chance and time

Nick is the man! Was super friendly and helpful with finding the perfect headset for my partner. Gave me lots of good info about key switches and mice for future purchases. Will definitely be back the next time I need something Razer!

My experience at Razer was fantastic! Chaz was the associate that helped me out and he was so friendly and extremely helpful! We were able to talk about our interests, what Razer products I currently had, and the ways we could upgrade our systems for the games we play. Overall I am very happy with the experience and I will absolutely shop there again and recommend it to others!

Bought my first Razer laptop at this branch. Joshua was excellent, super friendly and knowledgeable. The specific laptop I wanted was out of stock but Josh was super helpful and followed up with me in a very timely manner to ensure I got the perfect model for my gaming needs despite time constraints :)
